Premium Finishes
Elevate your packaging with specialty finishes that create a memorable unboxing experience for your customers. Pair soft-touch lamination with metallic foil, add a blind emboss for a tactile logo, or use spot UV to make a single element catch the light against a matte field. We can mock up two or three finish directions on sample stock before you commit.

Materials, Printing & Process
The right packaging starts with the right substrate. Lightweight folding cartons travel and store flat to keep cost and freight down, while rigid setup boxes are built on a solid greyboard core for the weight and rigidity a luxury product deserves. We help you choose between offset and digital printing based on quantity, color complexity, and turnaround, then bring the finishing, die-cutting, and assembly together in-house. Brands starting without a dieline can lean on our packaging design team to develop the structure, artwork, and print-ready files before anything is cut.
Stocks & Substrates
Folding cartons in 14pt to 24pt SBS and coated paperboard, rigid boxes on a 1.5mm to 2mm board core, and E-flute or B-flute corrugated for mailers and shippers. Labels print on paper, BOPP, or clear film. We match stock to your product weight, drop-test needs, and shelf presence.
Offset vs. Digital
Offset is the workhorse for larger runs and exact Pantone spot colors, giving consistent ink density across thousands of cartons. Digital is ideal for shorter runs, versioned SKUs, and fast samples with no plate cost. As a G7-calibrated shop, we hold neutral gray balance so color stays predictable run to run.
Dieline to Delivery
We build a custom structural dieline for your dimensions, proof color and finish, then die-cut, fold, glue, and assemble. A plain white mockup confirms fit before the printed run, and because offset, large format, finishing, and bindery all live in one facility, we can move quickly when a launch date is fixed.
Packaging for Every Launch
Packaging is often the first physical contact a customer has with your brand. We produce work for beauty and personal care, spirits and beverage, fashion and accessories, consumer electronics, food and confectionery, and retail and event programs. We have printed packaging and presentation work for clients including Porsche, Belvedere Vodka, Touchland, Gucci, and Meta's Ray-Ban line.

Yes, we can design custom box structures and provide die-line templates for your products.
Yes, we produce physical samples for approval before full production runs on custom packaging. For rigid and folding boxes we can supply a plain white dieline mockup to confirm structure and fit, plus a printed proof to confirm color, finish, and artwork placement before we commit the full run.
Folding cartons are typically printed on SBS or coated paperboard from 14pt to 24pt, depending on the strength and shelf presence you need. Rigid boxes use a chipboard or greyboard core (usually 1.5mm to 2mm) wrapped in a printed or specialty paper. Mailer boxes and shippers use E-flute or B-flute corrugated for protection in transit. We will recommend a stock based on product weight, drop-test needs, and budget.
Folding cartons ship and store flat, then fold and glue into shape, which keeps cost and freight low for retail and product boxes. Rigid (setup) boxes are built on a solid board core that does not collapse, giving the heavier, premium feel used for luxury, electronics, and gift presentation. Rigid boxes carry a higher unit cost and longer lead time but deliver a stronger unboxing impression.
Supply print-ready PDF or vector artwork built to our dieline, with all fonts outlined and images at 300 DPI at final size. Build in CMYK and call out any spot or Pantone colors separately. Include at least 0.125 inch of bleed, keep critical text and logos clear of fold and glue zones, and place foil, spot UV, and emboss areas on their own labeled layers so we can build the tooling correctly.
Yes. If you do not have a dieline, our team builds a custom structural template for your product dimensions and sends it as a layered file for your designer to drop artwork into. We can also reverse-engineer an existing sample you send us so a new run matches the original fit and closure.
Soft-touch lamination paired with spot UV or foil stamping is the most popular combination for a premium feel, because the matte velvet surface makes glossy and metallic accents pop. Blind embossing or debossing adds a tactile logo without ink, and a magnetic-closure rigid box with satin lining or custom foam completes the presentation. We are happy to mock up two or three finish directions on sample stock.
Most of our paperboard, corrugated, and folding-carton stocks are recyclable and can be specified with water-based or recyclable-friendly coatings. For direct food contact we use food-grade liners or recommend an inner barrier, since printed outer cartons are generally intended for secondary packaging rather than direct contact. Tell us the application and we will spec compliant materials.
Production is handled in-house, including offset, digital, large-format, finishing, and bindery. Keeping the work under one roof lets us control color, hold quality across reruns, and offer rush turnaround when a launch or event date is fixed.
