Print Built for the Way Finance Works
Corporate and finance work lives and dies by deadlines: an SEC filing window, a board meeting on Tuesday, a management roadshow that lands in three cities by Friday. Our shop is set up for that reality. Offset, digital, large format, finishing, and bindery all run in-house, so a job never sits in a queue waiting on an outside vendor. For a deck that changes at 6 PM the night before a meeting, we can run digital and have bound, tabbed books ready the next morning; for a longer annual report with a calibrated cover, offset gives the cleaner, more consistent result across thousands of copies.
The choice between digital and offset usually comes down to quantity and color. Digital toner and inkjet are ideal for short runs, last-minute edits, and versioned pitch books where each copy may carry a different client name on the cover. Offset lithography wins on longer runs and on jobs where a corporate blue has to read identically on the cover, the divider tabs, and the business card. Because we are G7-calibrated, gray balance and tone curves stay consistent from the contract proof through the final sheet—so the color you sign off on is the color that ships. That long-run lane also covers catalog printing and design for firms that publish fund overviews and marketing collateral at scale.

Stock and finishing carry more weight in this industry than people expect. An annual report on a 100lb silk text with a soft-touch laminated cover communicates something different from the same report on a bright gloss; a private placement memorandum on a heavier uncoated stock reads as serious and considered. Common specifications we run include 100lb gloss or matte text for report interiors, 80lb silk text for pitch decks, 100–120lb covers, and uncoated writing stocks for letterhead and notes pages. For covers and presentation pieces we add foil stamping, blind or registered embossing, spot UV, soft-touch lamination, and custom die-cutting—finishes that survive being handled, passed around a table, and carried home in a bag.

File preparation is where most rush jobs are won or lost. We prefer press-ready PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 files built with a 1/8 inch bleed, fonts embedded, images at 300 dpi, and artwork in CMYK with any brand-match colors flagged as spot. Keeping live text a quarter inch off the trim means nothing important gets lost to binding or the cutter. If all you have is a PowerPoint deck or native InDesign files at deadline, send them anyway: we preflight, correct, and proof before anything reaches the press.

Where Our Work Shows Up
Deal and management roadshows. When a team is presenting to investors across several days, every book has to look the same in every room. We print, bind, and quality-check presentation decks in volume, often with tabbed sections so a presenter can jump straight to the financials, and we can version covers so each firm or city gets the right title page.
Annual and quarterly reporting. Shareholder reports, 10-K wraps, fact sheets, and ESG summaries call for clean typography, exact chart color, and a binding that holds up to mailing. We match interior and cover stocks to the document's weight and run proofs so legal and investor-relations teams can sign off before the full run. Thicker shareholder reports typically get perfect binding so the spine can carry a printed title.
M&A and transaction materials. Confidential information memoranda, board books, and data-room printouts move on short notice and under NDA. Because everything is produced in-house, the chain of custody stays with our own team from file upload to bound book, with confidential waste destruction at the end.
Brand and stationery systems. Business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and folders that have to match across a whole firm benefit from consistent color management and stored specs, so a partner's reorder six months later prints the same as the first batch. Premium stocks, foil, and embossing are all available for the pieces that get handed across a desk.

For annual reports, we recommend 100lb gloss or matte text with a 100lb or 120lb cover. For pitch books, 80lb gloss or silk text is standard, often paired with a 100lb cover and laminated front and back. Premium options include silk and uncoated stocks; uncoated text in the 70-100lb range reads well for letter-heavy sections and takes a pen for handwritten notes.
Supply press-ready PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 files built at 1/8 inch (0.125") bleed on all four sides, with all fonts embedded and images at 300 dpi. Build artwork in CMYK rather than RGB, and flag any spot or brand-match colors separately. Keep critical text at least 1/4 inch inside the trim so it survives binding and cutting. If you only have native InDesign or PowerPoint files, send those and we will preflight and correct before proofing.
Yes. We are G7-calibrated, which keeps gray balance and tone reproduction consistent from proof to press and from one run to the next. For a corporate blue or a specific brand color that must stay identical across pitch books, business cards, and reports, we can print it as a spot color or build a calibrated CMYK match, and we keep your color recipe on file for reorders.
It depends on page count and how the book is used. Saddle-stitch is clean and economical up to roughly 64-80 pages. Wire-O and plastic coil let a book lay completely flat on a conference table, which is why bankers favor them for working decks. Perfect binding gives a printed spine and a finished, bound look for higher page counts and leave-behinds. We can also add tabbed dividers and custom covers to any of these.
All production is handled in-house: offset, digital, large format, finishing, and bindery under one roof. Keeping every step in-house shortens turnaround, removes outside vendors from the chain of custody, and protects confidential materials.
