Printing Services Tribeca NYC
Tribeca printing services.
Print partner for Tribeca's creative community. From film production and art galleries to restaurants and design studios, we run offset, digital, and large format in-house so the work matches the neighborhood's standards.
Printing for Tribeca's Creatives
Tribeca is home to film studios, galleries, creative agencies, and acclaimed restaurants. Each of those audiences has different expectations for paper, color, and finish, and we produce all of it under one roof — offset and digital presses, a large format department, and an in-house bindery for cutting, folding, scoring, and binding. Because nothing is sent out for outside production, we hold tighter control over color and timelines, including rush turnarounds when a shoot or opening can't wait. The neighborhood's family offices and financial tenants also come to us for annual report printing handled with the same care.
As a G7-calibrated shop, we calibrate every press to a shared gray-balance standard, so a color you approve on a digital proof reads the same whether it runs on an offset sheet today or a reprint next quarter. That consistency matters when a gallery catalog, a restaurant menu, and a brand's collateral all need to look like they came from the same identity.

Serving:
What We Print for Tribeca
Most Tribeca work falls into a few categories, each with its own specs. Here is how we approach the projects we see most often from the neighborhood. Every one of them draws on the full range of commercial printing services we offer.
Film & Media Production
Production offices around the Tribeca Film Center need volume and speed: call sheets, sides, and revision-colored script pages run fast on our digital presses. For premieres and festival use we move up to offset for posters, step-and-repeat graphics, and press kits, with mounting and lamination handled in our large format department. Pages can be three-hole drilled, collated, and bound so a binder is ready to hand out, not assembled by hand on set.
Galleries & Photographers
For exhibition and archival work we print on heavyweight uncoated and fine-art stocks, and run giclée-style large format on cotton rag and photo media when an artist needs depth and longevity. Exhibition catalogs are typically perfect bound or saddle stitched on a coated or silk text stock, with a soft-touch laminate cover and spot UV to make a cover image pop. We can match to a supplied proof or pull color from the original files.
Restaurants & Hospitality
Menus that get handled all night need durable stock and a wipeable surface. We print on 14pt or 16pt cover with matte or soft-touch lamination, and for menus that change daily we run lighter text stock so reprints stay cheap. Table tents, drink lists, loyalty cards, and to-go stickers round out the package, and synthetic or waterproof stocks are available for anything that lives near a bar or kitchen.
Agencies & Brand Studios
Design teams care about exact color and tactile finish. We carry premium uncoated lines, run double-thick business cards with painted or colored edges, and offer foil stamping, embossing, letterpress-style impression, and die cutting for invitations, lookbooks, and identity packages. Brand-critical PMS spot colors run on offset for true ink matching rather than a four-color build.
Stocks, Inks & Finishing
Stock choice does most of the work in how a printed piece feels. For everyday collateral we run 100lb gloss or silk text and 100lb or 130lb cover; for cards and invitations we move to 18pt, 24pt, or 32pt duplexed cover. Uncoated options give a softer, more natural read for editorial and fine-art work, while coated and soft-touch surfaces add richness and protection.
Finishing is where a project earns its premium. In-house we offer matte, gloss, and soft-touch lamination, spot UV, foil stamping, embossing and debossing, die cutting, edge painting, scoring and folding, drilling, and binding from saddle stitch to perfect bind and Wire-O. Aqueous and UV coatings are available on press for scuff resistance on high-handling pieces.
File Prep & Turnaround
Send print-ready PDFs with fonts embedded or outlined, images at 300 DPI, and artwork built in CMYK with any true spot colors tagged as PMS. Include 0.125" bleed on anything that prints to the edge and keep critical text inside a safe margin. For die cuts, foil, or spot UV, supply a separate vector layer marking where each effect lands.
We proof digitally for layout and color before anything runs, and offer hard-copy and press proofs when an exact match matters. Turnaround depends on finishing and is confirmed with your quote, and rush service is available for time-sensitive film, event, and restaurant work. Not sure how to set up a file? Send what you have and our prepress team will flag issues before they cost you a reprint.

If you are unsure, send what you have and our prepress team will review it before it goes to press.
Yes. We are a G7-calibrated shop, which means our presses are calibrated to a shared gray-balance standard for consistent color. For brand-critical PMS colors we run them as true spot inks on offset rather than a four-color build, so the match is exact and repeats accurately on reprints.
In-house finishing includes matte, gloss, and soft-touch lamination, spot UV, foil stamping, embossing and debossing, die cutting, edge painting, scoring, folding, and drilling. For multi-page pieces we offer saddle stitch, perfect binding, and Wire-O, so catalogs, press kits, and lookbooks ship ready to hand out.
