Brochure Printing NYC
Tell your story. Beautifully.
Brochures, flyers, catalogs, and sell sheets printed in NYC. Offset and digital presses, in-house folding and bindery, and G7-calibrated color — from concept to delivery, we handle it all.

Marketing Materials
Everything you need to promote your business in print. A folded brochure carries detailed product information; a single-sheet flyer drives foot traffic to an event; a saddle-stitched catalog presents a full line; and a sell sheet hands a prospect the one page they need to say yes. We print all of them on the same floor, so your colors, stock, and finish stay consistent across every piece in a campaign. Booklets and catalogs are bound in-house with saddle stitch binding, so multi-page pieces ship on the same schedule as the flat ones.

Brochures
Multi-panel folded pieces for detailed information.

Flyers
Single-sheet handouts for events and promotions.

Catalogs
Multi-page bound publications for products and services.

Sell Sheets
Single or double-sided product information sheets.
Brochure Formats
From simple folds to complex custom designs. The fold you choose shapes how a reader moves through your content, so it is worth matching the format to the message. A tri-fold gives you six panels for a tidy overview, a gate-fold builds anticipation toward a center reveal, and a z-fold or roll-fold walks the reader through a sequence one panel at a time. Every piece is scored before folding so coated and heavy stocks crease cleanly without cracking along the spine.
Tri-Fold
Classic three-panel design. Perfect for product info and menus.
Bi-Fold
Simple half-fold. Ideal for programs and event handouts.
Gate-Fold
Two panels fold inward. Great for reveals and presentations.
Z-Fold
Accordion-style folding. Ideal for step-by-step guides.
Roll-Fold
Panels roll in on themselves. Perfect for mailers.
Custom Die-Cut
Unique shapes and folds. Stand out from the crowd.

Paper & Finish Options
Choose from our range of paper stocks and finishes to get the exact look and feel your project requires. Text weights keep multi-panel brochures light and easy to mail, while cover weights add rigidity to sell sheets and pocket folders. A gloss coating deepens photography and color, a matte or silk finish reduces glare and feels more refined, and an uncoated sheet accepts handwriting and stamps. Not sure which to pick? We will send physical samples so you can compare weight and finish in hand before committing to a full run.

Design + Print + Deliver
From initial concept to final delivery, we handle every step of your brochure project under one roof. Our in-house design team maps panels, sets bleeds, and proofs color so your materials are fully optimized for print before they ever hit the press. Keeping prepress, printing, folding, and bindery in the same building means fewer hand-offs, faster corrections, and color that holds from the first sheet to the last. As a family-owned NYC shop founded in 2009 and G7-calibrated, we have produced print work for brands including Porsche, Gucci, Belvedere Vodka, and Meta, and we apply that same standard to every brochure that leaves the floor. If you're starting from a blank page, we also offer brochure design services that take a piece from first concept to a press-ready file.

We print tri-fold, bi-fold, gate-fold, z-fold, roll-fold, and custom die-cut brochures in any size. Tri-folds and bi-folds suit menus, mailers, and product overviews, while gate and roll folds work well for reveals and step-by-step storytelling. If you are unsure which fold fits your content, send us your copy and we will recommend a panel layout.
Rush printing is available for basic flyers and standard tri-fold and bi-fold brochures, while complex die-cut or specialty-finish formats need more lead time. We confirm the production schedule with your quote. Because all offset, digital, large-format, and bindery work is done in-house at our NYC shop, rush jobs do not get shipped out, so we can hold tight deadlines without losing control of quality.
Digital printing is ideal for short runs, variable data, and fast turnaround with no plate setup, making it cost-effective from 100 to a few thousand pieces. Offset printing becomes more economical at higher volumes and delivers the most consistent color across large quantities, plus access to specialty inks and Pantone matching. We run both presses in-house and will quote the method that fits your quantity and budget.
Common choices are 80lb and 100lb gloss or matte text for the body, and 100lb gloss, matte, or silk cover for heavier pieces and sell sheets. We also stock uncoated and soft-touch options. As a general rule, 100lb gloss text is the most popular all-purpose brochure stock, while cover weights are used when the piece needs to stand up on its own or survive repeated handling.
Build artwork to the final flat size with 0.125" bleed on all sides, keep important text at least 0.25" inside the trim, and supply a press-ready PDF in CMYK at 300 DPI. For folded pieces, set up panels at the correct widths since panels that fold inward must be slightly narrower than the outer panels. Our prepress team reviews every file and will flag low-resolution images, missing fonts, or RGB color before we print.
Yes. Our in-house design team builds custom brochure layouts optimized for print, including panel mapping, fold mechanics, and bleed setup. We can work from your existing brand assets or design a piece from scratch, then hand off a print-ready file you also own for future use.
Yes. We offer gloss, matte, and satin aqueous coating for a fast-drying protective finish, plus spot UV to make logos, titles, or images pop against a matte background. Soft-touch and lay-flat lamination are also available for covers and high-end pieces that need extra durability or a tactile feel.
We print runs from 100 pieces up to 100,000 and beyond. Small quantities are best handled on our digital presses, and larger quantities move to offset for the best per-unit cost. There is no job too small for a quote, and we can also schedule recurring reprints if you order the same brochure regularly.
We accept print-ready PDF, AI, PSD, and INDD files. If you supply native files, please include linked images and packaged fonts. PDF/X-1a is the most reliable format for predictable color and is our recommended export setting for finished artwork.
